With maximum efficiency and concentrated UVC power, the Oase Bitron Eco 180 W UVC clarifier combats suspended algae, turbidity, and harmful bacteria in your garden pond. The intelligent bypass control automatically provides the perfect combination of flow rate and irradiation intensity. The large-volume UVC housing ensures a particularly long residence time of the water in the UVC irradiation area, which further increases the cleaning performance.
The unique UVC lamp used in this clarifier was developed in cooperation with Philips: it has a 50% longer service life (12000 h) compared to conventional UVC lamps. Your advantage: lower bulb costs. The patented, independent lamp cleaning ensures fully effective UVC radiation at all times.
Despite the high-intensity cleaning performance, the Eco control of the Oase Bitron 180 W enables maximum energy efficiency with potential savings of up to 50%. This saves your wallet and simultaneously protects our climate, because the Eco mode saves up to 525 kg of CO²/year.
The automatic control unit provides information on the current status of the bulbs and water temperature at all times. In addition to the bypass technology, it also allows continuous irradiation or device shutdown if desired.
The Oase Bitron Eco 180 W UVC clarifier is ideally suited for connection to the Oase BioTec 30 flow-through filters, BioTec ScreenMatic 36, or the ProfiClear modular filter.
The Oase Bitron Eco 180 W UVC clarifier is suitable for ponds without fish stock with a maximum of 180 m³ pond volume, for ponds with fish stock with a maximum of 90 m³ pond volume, and for ponds with koi with a maximum of 45 m³ pond volume. It is equipped with a 5 m long power cable:
