Damage caused by post or freight forwarder

What should I do if a delivery is damaged?

If the delivery arrives damaged and you are present at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance and, if possible, fill out a damage report form directly with the carrier or your postal delivery person. The damage will then be reported to us automatically, and we will take care of it.
To receive a replacement delivery as quickly as possible, please contact us by email or phone.

If you were unable to receive the delivery in person, please contact us immediately by email or phone.
For postal packages, you must take the damaged package to your post office and fill out a damage report form there. Alternatively, for postal shipments, you can document the damage precisely with pictures and submit them electronically directly to the post office using the complaint form.

For damage during transport by a carrier, please contact us as soon as possible.
