Salt Electrolysis

In lightly salted water (>3gr NaCl/liter), sodium hypochlorite is automatically produced for water disinfection. This makes adding chlorine 100% superfluous. Salt concentrations from 3 to 100 grams NaCl/L are possible. Sodium hypochlorite disinfects the water and removes odors from bound chlorine (chloramine). The electrolysis unit is Ø63mm.
