Description
Product information "1900-liter reverse osmosis system with booster pump and automatic flush"
Reverse osmosis system with a daily capacity of 1900 liters, 5-stage, including a booster pump for wastewater reduction and automatic flushing for professional applications.
This professional reverse osmosis system, thanks to innovative membrane technology (Side-Flow) combined with the installed booster pump, achieves a remarkable daily output of up to 1900 liters of pure water. All components such as pre-filters, membrane housing, booster pump, and pressure switch are mounted on a solid metal frame. This design allows for space-saving and robust placement of the osmosis system.
This osmosis power plant is a direct flow system that does not require a separate storage tank. If desired, water can be drawn directly from the included faucet.
The reverse osmosis system features a fully automatic flush valve that opens for a few seconds when the system starts (water draw) and flushes the reverse osmosis membrane housing. During this flushing process, older water is removed, and only fresh, filtered water reaches the tap, for example. This automatic flushing process also ensures a longer service life for the high-performance membrane contained in this reverse osmosis system.
Furthermore, a low-pressure and a high-pressure switch are installed in the reverse osmosis system. The high-pressure switch deactivates the system when the predefined pressure is reached (if no water is drawn) and disconnects the reverse osmosis system from the main water connection via an integrated solenoid valve. The low-pressure switch reopens this solenoid valve as soon as water is drawn and the pressure in the system drops again.
Especially for misting systems or systems with fine mist nozzles (Micro-Line), the use of a reverse osmosis system (decalcification / softening) is strongly recommended. The existing booster pump in combination with the installed high-performance membrane of the reverse osmosis system reduces wastewater to a ratio of up to 1:1 (pure water:wastewater), ensuring very good efficiency. Conventional osmosis systems without a booster pump and high-performance membrane (Side-Flow) provide a maximum ratio of 1:4.
The reverse osmosis system offered here is connected directly to the household water supply.
The system can be operated with a household water pressure of 2 - 5 bar and is designed for cold water (tap water). A front-mounted manometer indicates the current inlet pressure (household water connection) in the system.
The inlet water (tap water) passes through a total of 5 filter stages. In the first three pre-filters, the water is largely freed from suspended solids, sediments such as sand and rust, and organic impurities. These pre-filters consist of a polypropylene filter with 5-micron filter fineness for sediment filtration, an activated carbon filter for reducing chlorine, odors and tastes, organic impurities, and another sediment filter with 1-micron filter density.
After pre-filtration (pre-filter stage), the tap water is directed to a booster pump, which forces the inlet water through the osmosis membrane. In this process, all substances such as lime, pesticides, asbestos, nitrite, nitrate, heavy metals, bacteria, and germs are removed, and only pure water can pass through the osmosis membrane. All pollutants such as dissolved and undissolved heavy metals, radioactive substances such as strontium or uranium, pesticides, drug residues, as well as bacteria and viruses, are flushed out with the wastewater. You receive crystal clear, osmotic water.
The last filter stage, a post-activated carbon filter behind the osmosis membrane, neutralizes the taste of the water.
The 10-inch water filter housings (pre-filters) guarantee a reliable seal between the filter cup and filter head thanks to double O-rings.
