Micro-Rain Irrigation System, Timer & 4 Ceramic Nozzles Set

Micro-Rain irrigation system including a 0-120 second timer and 4 ceramic mist nozzles in a practical complete set.

This compact irrigation system operates with a quiet piston pressure pump. The installation of special vibration absorbers ensures excellent smooth operation of the system.

Thanks to a flow rate of max. 750 ml per minute, up to 12 nozzles can be connected, depending on the water flow rate of the nozzles. For this, we recommend exclusively using original Micro-Mist nozzles. These guarantee optimal humidification in the terrarium and also support the smooth running of the irrigation system.

The included mist nozzles are equipped with a high-quality ceramic spray element which, due to the smoother surface structure of the nozzle core, counteracts blockages caused by limescale deposits. In addition, these mist nozzles are equipped with an anti-drip mechanism that prevents the nozzles from dripping. The spray pattern of these special nozzles is very homogeneous and ensures optimal humidification in the terrarium. The mist nozzles can be completely disassembled without tools for cleaning purposes.

For fully automatic control of this miniature mist system, we recommend a standard timer or a hygrostat. The misting times are simply programmed on the hygrostat or timer, and the humidification duration is adjusted on the integrated second timer. As soon as the timer or hygrostat switches on, the interval set on the second timer runs, and the terrarium is irrigated. The setting is possible to the exact second thanks to the display. Another advantage of the integrated second timer is the maximum running time of 120 seconds. This prevents unwanted flooding of the terrarium or orchid display case due to possible malfunctions of the hygrostat or timer.

The included 10-liter wide-mouth water tank features a Rapid-Quick-S connection for convenient detachment and connection of the pump's inlet hose. The hose can be easily detached by pressing a button to refill the tank. A large opening in the tank also allows for easy cleaning/disinfection of the tank. The fine filter system also included in the water tank reliably filters suspended solids and sediments from the irrigation water.

An additional fine filter system is integrated into the nozzle pressure line and extracts any deposits from the pressure hoses, protecting the mist nozzles from blockages. This fine filter system should be mounted as close as possible to the nozzles to ensure maximum efficiency.

The irrigation system itself is protected by a fine fuse and immediately disconnects the system from the mains in case of overload. In addition, the pump unit contains an integrated thermal protection, which protects your irrigation system from overheating damage. The pump inlet and the nozzle pressure line are conveniently located at the rear of the system and are equipped with solid metal quick-release fittings.

The pump inlet and outlet are located on the back of the irrigation system.

Safety Notice
Generally avoid dry running of the pump! Use only water as the pumping medium! Observe the specified maximum operating time of the pump!
