The Micro-Rain misting system features a powerful high-pressure piston pump and an integrated runtime timer. The pump's runtime, between 0 and a maximum of 120 seconds, is set directly on the device. The Micro-Rain can be controlled by a timer, hygrostat, or thermostat, enabling fully automatic operation of the misting system. Each time the timer is activated, the system mists for the duration set on the second timer. The misting duration can be set precisely to the second.

Micro-Rain Pump – Quiet Runner for up to 12 Micro-Mist Nozzles

The mini misting system features a high-pressure piston pump from the quiet runner category. Special vibration dampeners further support the system's smooth operation. The maximum flow rate of the Micro-Rain misting system is 750 ml per minute, and depending on the water throughput of the nozzles, up to 12 micro-mist nozzles (0.15 mm nozzle opening) can be operated.

To protect the Micro-Rain pump from overload, it is equipped with thermal protection and a fine fuse. The pump inlet and the nozzle pressure line are conveniently located on the back of the system and are equipped with robust metal screw connections.

High-Quality Micro-Mist Nozzles Made of Stainless Steel and Ceramic

A special feature of the mist nozzles included in the Micro-Rain set is a ceramic nozzle opening and their complete disassemblability. Due to the very smooth surface structure of the ceramic inlet, these nozzles are highly resistant to deposits from calcareous water or other minerals. The nozzle head itself can be completely disassembled without tools if necessary, making it practically indestructible.

With the anti-drip system that these mist nozzles feature, prolonged dripping from the nozzles after the misting system is turned off is prevented. In addition, the particularly fine atomization of the nozzles ensures efficient humidification in the terrarium, with minimal water throughput.

Safety Notice

Generally avoid dry running of the pump! Only use water as the pumping medium! Observe the specified maximum operating time of the pump!
